Areteem: New Enrollment Breakdown

This document is meant to provide you with an idea of what to expect after registering for an Areteem Class.

1. The registration is done on the registration portal. The parents may registers on their own at any time or over the phone with assistance from Areteem staff during business hours. The parents receive an e-mail confirming the registration.
2. Areteem staff will send you the instructions on the following, usually within two business days (if you register at the last minute for a class starting on a weekend, please email info @ areteem.org for assistance).
   1. How to access the virtual classroom for live or recorded sessions;
   2. How to access the class materials, including homework assignments, on Areteem's class management system.
3. Students are expected to create required accounts and/or log in to confirm access to the virtual classroom and the class materials. If you have any issues, please contact the Areteem office.
4. Once the class has started the student is responsible for tracking class times and dates, as well as submitting all homework on time.
5. At the end of the class you will receive a call from Areteem staff to make sure everything went okay and help you register for your next class.
