Communication Policies

We try to respond to all emails within one business day. If you have a Live or Self-paced class account, be sure to check your email often for updates, including announcements for your courses. If you do not seem to be receiving messages, check your spam or promotions folders as the emails may have incorrectly been placed there by your email provider.

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM Pacific Time. During those hours we are available for questions, comments, and other concerns by phone at (949) 305-1705 or using WeChat with the ID areteemhelpdesk.

Behavior Policy

Areteem programs are built upon student participation and teamwork. To this end, students are expected to treat the teachers and other students with dignity and respect. Students should be willing to help their classmates and never insult or belittle anyone.

Inappropriate or vulgar language, physical or emotional bullying, and other disruptive behavior is not tolerated, and can result in a student's dismissal from a program.

For onsite programs, students should be considerate to their surroundings. They should always clean up their belongings and throw away or recycle any waste. While student cooperation and discussion is encouraged, students should be sure to not disturb others.
